

Our Staff
Our staff is highly trained in working with children and their families to promote language development in the child's home and everyday activities. We specialize in working with children with hearing loss and enjoy working with children with all communication needs.

Lisa Watson
Lisa Watson, MA, CCC-SLP
Owner
Lisa completed her Bachelor's degree at Purdue University in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and her Master's Degree at Washington State University where she specialized in working with children with hearing loss. Currently Lisa is in the process of receiving her Listening and Spoken Langauge certification. Lisa is a current member of AG Bell and has a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and has received an ACE award for continuing education.
Although Lisa has specialized in working with children with hearing loss she thoroughly enjoys working with all children and families.
Lisa enjoys living in Spokane and taking advantage of getting outdoors with her husband and two girls.
Megan Jimeno
Megan Jimeno, MS, CCC-SLP
Megan completed both her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders and her Masters of Science degree at Eastern Washington University (Go Eags!). She has been a practicing licensed and ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist for 15 years. She has a varied background in both adult and pediatric therapy services. Megan is currently working towards certification in Listening and Spoken Language. She works with children with a variety of needs, including but not limited to, late talkers, articulation and phonological processes, language delays, and auditory-oral
rehabilitation/habilitation. She is married and has 2 children of her own. She loves living here in Spokane and enjoys camping and fishing with her family in her free time.
Sara Nielsen
Sara Nielsen, MA, CCC-SLP
Sara is an alum of Washington State University, having earned both her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and a Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology. She has been certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association for the last 19 years and holds her Washington SLP license as well. Sara has gained a variety of work experience as an SLP working with both children and adults in a variety of settings over the previous 20 years. She appreciates that her profession has allowed her such flexibility in her work while raising her three children. Now that they are growing up, she is excited to be working in pediatrics again. Sara is passionate about children having access to the help they need to reach their full potential, especially when it comes to communication! Sara loves working with children who have speech, language, pragmatic, or cognitive challenges. Outside of work, Sara loves spending time with her family and friends, as well as, dancing, reading, and traveling.
